The Elephas
Food, fitness and artisanal coffee

Amid a city embracing the health food boom, this new opening nestled within The Warrior Academy, on the first floor of Connaught Road West high-rise Hong Kong Plaza, forges a distinctive path. Proffering a nutritional complement to the academy’s holistic fitness regimens – which branches across boxing, Warrior Yoga, Olympic lifting and numerous other frenetic pursuits – The Elephas composes elegant Thai salads and dishes, plus smoothies from its Health Food Bar. A space for like-minded people to congregate under the banner of a healthy lifestyle, an element of café culture presides in the form of the Coffee Bar, pouring artisanal Asian specialty teas and craft brew coffees, including The Elephas house blend using grounds from India, Indonesia and Vietnam.
