Inspired by Fashion: Rolls-Royce’s colourful new variant on the opulent Dawn
Emphasising the parallels in philosophy it sees between its bespoke creations and the world of high fashion, British motor marque Rolls-Royce has cast its Dawn, arguably the maker’s most seductive model, to its textile and materials specialists for an injection of fashionista vibrancy.
The resulting Dawn – Inspired by Fashion, sees an exterior paint scheme of Andalucian White capped with one of the three new colours of its “Spring/Summer 2017 Couture collection” – Mugello Red, Cobalto Blue or Mandarin – which can be chosen for the soft retractable hood, underscored by a corresponding coachline running the length of the car.
Subtly continuing inside to the Arctic White and Black interior, the colours element permeate the cabin in opulently worked embroidery and pipework on the leather seating, elegant block colouring on the seamlessly stitched steering wheel and silk-lined door pockets.
A bold statement, available from November.
