Founded in 2012 in Mayfair, The New Craftsmen represents a network of over 75 makers with unique, traditional skills in working with textiles, furniture, ceramics, jewellery and glassware, among many others. The shop showcases limited edition products and supports exclusive collaborations between designers, emphasising the talent and careful craftsmanship involved in creating the items. The store stocks everything form handmade candlesticks to a four-poster bed made using 18th-century techniques, while taking great care to introduce customers to the designers’ backgrounds and the inspiration behind Britain’s finest craft.
