Lockwood
Handmade umbrellas crafted in London
Launched in 2014 as a fashion accessories brand, Lockwood creates bespoke umbrellas with a variation of fastenings and frames. Offering a choice of six wood types, three of which are made with bark handles and three others with polished wood handles without a bark finish, the young brand allows buyers to take part in a unique designing process. With a choice of high-end woods such as chestnut, oak and maple, cotton-canvas colours and variations on the horn colour of the button, umbrellas are made to measure with wood sourced from sustainable woodlands in Europe and the US.
