Acclaimed global dishes reimagined

Housed in the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, this exhibition-dining experience helmed by three-Michelin-starred chef Corey Lee reimagines iconic dishes from a host of influential figures in the culinary world, presenting their masterpieces accurately and accessibly for museum-goers on a rotating a la carte menu. Plated within the sleek Aidlin Darling-designed space, current delights include Hans Haas’s halibut stuffed with egg yolk and Clare Smyth’s lamb carrot, consisting of braised lamb with sheep’s milk yoghurt.
