Mignonette
Laid-back diner serving Miami's finest shellfish
Housed in a refurbished 1930s gas station, Mignonette is a New Orleans-meets-Old Florida-style oyster and caviar bar in Edgewater, helmed by executive chef Daniel Serfer, the man behind über-popular comfort-food diner Blue Collar. Mignonette aims for the same sort of casual but classy vibe of its forebear, with an emphasis on seafood dishes such as Oysters Rockefeller, Caspian Sea Gold Osetra caviar and Clams Casino, though prime rib is also on the menu.
