Fig & Olive
A celebration of olive oil and the finesse of the Mediterranean

At Fig & Olive, olive oil is the hero ingredient, used as a healthy substitute for butter on all fronts. Celebrating the rich natural flavours of the French Riviera and sun-splashed Mediterranean, the design of the restaurant reflects warmth in its terracotta ceiling, limestone walls and olive trees. A different olive oil is selected for each dish, presented to taste prior to the meal. Sharable plates such as zucchini carpaccio chime in to the Mediterranean spirit, as does the signature dish of herby grilled lamb chops finished with rosemary olive oil.
