Dine and view St. Moritz from the ski slopes of Corviglia

Continuing the legacy of gastronomer Hartly Mathis, who first provided sustenance for tourists here, Engadin St. Moritz Mountains has revamped this Alpine hotspot at Corviglia on the slopes of Piz Nair, popular among skiers. Chef Marco Moroni spins his ingredients into 40 modern-classic dishes, with a host of meat, fish and vegetarian options ready to sate hungry snow-bound athletes. Indulge in one of the desserts, such as cheesecake with orange crumble, the chocolate tart with wild berries sorbet, or savarin with rum and lemon cream. The 160-seat eatery is further enlivened by a 1970s-inspired décor of green, pink and black, with the shimmering lights of St. Moritz below.
