Restaurant Vinkeles
A heritage-filled dining experience
Named after 18th-century artist Reinier Vinkeles and located in a former bakery (within the Dylan Hotel), this cool but classy restaurant is brimming with history. The Michelin-starred menu by chef Dennis Kuipers can be served in the redbrick dining room (in view of the original bread ovens dating back to 1787), in one of two private dining rooms, at the chef's table, or even aboard the hotel's private boat.
