Lunasia
Modernist Italian cuisine, laced with surprises

Set in the Green Park Resort, chef Lucca Landi runs the open-plan kitchen of Lunasia, a fine-dining restaurant serving modernist Italian cuisine. Located between Pisa and Livorno in the hamlet of Tirrenia, the restaurant demonstrates unique culinary technique and eccentric flavour combinations, for instance in their celebrated savoury ice creams (such as anchovy, herbs and bloody mary) that accompany dishes throughout the menu. Floor-to-ceiling windows surround the restaurant, permitting views into the resort’s lush gardenscapes.
