Acquolina Restaurant
Artistic renditions of modern Italian cuisine
An artistic expression of modern Italian cuisine is being showcased at the Michelin-starred restaurant Acquolina at Rome’s The First Hotel Roma Arte.
While sybaritic diners are lured by the standout seafood dishes, such as scampi linguine, tagliarini with beluga caviar or red mullet with cherry and hibiscus, the restaurant’s real majesty revolves around the artistry. For starters, the dining room consists of elegant décor, original paintings and sculptures. On the table, the plating is artistically modern.

Following dinner, opt for a glass of wine at the Acquaroof bar, which affords spectacular views of the Eternal city as the sun sets.
