Inventive cookery made simple

At this eatery, located in the upscale residential neighbourhood of Bogenhausen, eponymous chef Michael Huber deftly experiments with unusual flavour combinations, making for an innovative, yet refreshingly unaffected menu. Huber, who trained at Munich’s Bayerischer Hof and legendary Dallmayr restaurant, serves pepped-up fine-dining staples, creating anything from swordfish paired with avocado and ceviche to veal with chipotle seasoning, all the while adhering to one simple credo: perfection lies in simplicity.
