Ápice
Snug canteen with an emphasis local flavours
A stylish neo-bistro run by a French and Chilean duo – Alexandra Poignant and Brittany trained-chef Ivan Lara – Ápice is known for fresh seafood (it is also known as the "kitchen of the sea") and a well-curated selection of natural wines from Leyda and Casablanca. The restaurant prides itself on its locavore values with all the fish, shellfish and vino all coming from the surrounding area and chef Lara is more than happy to talk about his ingredients in this intimate eight-table eatery.
