Made in China
Show-kitchen dining and another contender for the best Peking Duck
In this urban-casual space, experienced hands meticulously prepare Chinese street food classics in full display from their energetic open kitchen. One of the Grand Hyatt’s clutch of dining establishments, the centrepiece of Made in China’s menu is undoubtedly the city’s signature dish, Peking Duck, though other specialties from Northern China, such as the folklore-inspired ‚beggar’s chicken’ are worthy of attention too, as are the desserts and extensive wine cellar. Recently, the restaurant expanded their breakfast menu, offering up a large selection of authentic Chinese breakfast flavours. Understandably popular, reservations are recommended.
