The first museum of its kind in the country and the only V&A outside of London, this beautiful building designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma plays host to 300 exhibits, drawn from across Scotland and the globe. It aims to promote the significance and importance of design, plus present the finest achievements of the locals.

Open every day (save Christmas Day and Boxing Day), the stunning exterior and light-filled interiors are as captivating as the exhibitions themselves.
