Apothéke
A mixology laboratory
Take a stroll down Doyers Street and see if you can find the hidden entrance to this mixology den. Taking its name from the French for an apothecary (or pharmacy) and inspiration from the 19th century Parisian absinthe scene, this bar offers a truly elevated cocktail experience.

The unique drinks are crafted from ingredients both outlandish and familiar. Tame options include tipples with chocolate, fresh fig and roasted seaweed, whereas daring diners should consider those with curry salt, caraway mist and “Local Chinatown Aphrodisiacs”. Each drink is carefully served in an Austrian crystal glass, and the stunning setting is further augmented by daily changing live music performances.
