At Palihouse, a West Hollywood boutique lodge of suites and lofty residences, the bohemian flair and Moroccan accents of the hotel are carried over to the rooftop Sunset Cocktail Bar, where guests can enjoy stunning 360-degree views of West Hollywood and the Hollywood Hills. Open Thursdays to Saturdays, the bar offers al fresco dining and small bites, with a fruity cocktail list that puts California in a glass, with signature highlights such as the Smoky Bandito, made with mescal, jalapeño and lime.
