A 16-key boutique that takes inspiration from the Edward Lear nonsensical poem of the same name, the Uday K Dhar-designed Owl and the Pussycat boasts rooms and suites that carry a modern edge – think polished concrete plus shabby-chic and natural beach-hut furnishings. An on-site spa therapist, bar and restaurant with a wine-cellar – the Runcible Spoon – round offerings out, the surrounding waters and coastline exciting enough for the adventurous to take to a kayak or paddle board out.
