Not only are the setting, decor and menu green – many of the ingredients served in chef Matt Moran's classy casual dining venue are grown in the kitchen garden. It doesn't get much more sustainable – or flavoursome – than the hyper-local, seasonal produce, served as tantalisingly simple dishes. Lunch on a sunny day is the ideal time to enjoy the idyllic surroundings of the lush Chiswick gardens.
