Sharing plates inspired by seasonal ingredients
Sharing is encouraged at Ignacio Mattos and Thomas Carter’s busy but cosy restaurant located in what was once the Knitting Factory music venue. Noise levels may remain at a similar level to its old incarnation but there is very little else to complain about thanks to the innovative seasonal creations of Mattos, an alumni of Isa, Chez Panisse and Il Buco, and the friendly front-of-house presence of Carter.
