Riffing on the phrase “from scratch”, be assured that whatever you order at this homespun cavern in the leafy Encino district will have been made – completely – on site. Diners begin in the bar and receive a selection of beverages before moving on to the kitchen/eating area to get started on the cuisine, which is regularly updated. Choose from alluring tasting treats, such as sea bream, fava beans, octopus and coconut. Crown the experience by adding an extended dessert option, served up by acclaimed pastry chef Margarita Kallas-Lee.
