The oenological experience



A new monument to the region’s premier export, this grand structure was designed to symbolise liquid elements and a sense of flowing and provides an unprecedented cultural space focused firmly on all things wine and the city’s 800-year-old heritage with the drink. Themed areas explore the various facets of viticulture and wine’s societal impact in art and culture, while tastings and workshops take place in throughout the venue, including the 360 degree multi-sensory space.
