The Roosevelt
Period joint for a grand night out
With a name harking back to a glamorous 1940s venue, the Roosevelt is all about resurrecting a bygone era. With interiors and menus channelling 1950s New York and name-checking 1960s Hollywood, it's about far more than serving a good drink. It's about creating an experience, taking punters to a different time and place. The excellent cocktails are dramatically created with liquid nitrogen on a trolley and served with pizzazz by knowledgeable staff.
