A former protégé of German bartending legend Charles Schumann, owner Stefan Gabányi numbers among the country's leading whisky experts. Naturally his new bar pours its fair share of malted grain spirits, but vodka and gin get plenty of attention, as do the selection of superb wines and hearty bar food.
