The chocolatier behind this elegant Marais “boutique” likes to refer to himself as a rebel, but really he's only giving the people what they want: delicious chocolates, dainty caramels, sinfully creamy cocoa... and many more delicacies, all of them meticulously crafted in the on-site kitchen.
