The chocolatier behind this elegant Marais “boutique” likes to refer to himself as a rebel, but really he's only giving the people what they want: delicious chocolates, dainty caramels, sinfully creamy cocoa... and many more delicacies, all of them meticulously crafted in the on-site kitchen. In addition to his own eatery, he supplies some of the city's best restaurants and hotels with sweet treats, but here you can sample the magic right where it happens.
