In cooperation with the haute delicatessen empire Käfer, chef Bobby Bräuer heads up EssZimmer in the BMW World, the company’s sleek exhibition centre and museum, embellishing classic French cuisine with Bavarian touches. Guests indulge in mains like rabbit and crayfish served with gooseberry, or Bavarian venison paired with Jerusalem artichoke in an understated, yet welcoming atmosphere marked by warm colours and dark leathers.
