In London’s Farringdon, a daily changing menu characterises the lunchtime 5-course and dinner service 7-course tasting menus at Anglo, where the curatorial experience of dining gets a distinctly British twist. Some familiar and other less-so ingredients of the isles comprise the menu, with dishes such as girolles and oak moss, and wild red deer with fermented cabbage and juniper catching the eye – all in a laid back setting that lets the food do the talking.
