Named after the man who outlawed small pot stills in the 19th century, this hip bar in Fitzroy celebrates the products of the reversal of that law 150 years later. Australian whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums form the core of the extensive menu, joined by cocktails and liqueurs and complemented by a full menu of jaffles (toasted sandwiches sealed on all sides), including the original Lemington jaffle.
