This bar inside Munich’s storied Bayerischer Hof was destined for greatness even before it opened. The bar resides in the protected Spiegelsaal (or Mirror Hall), built as early as 1839 – the only room in the hotel to survive the bombings of the Second World War virtually undisturbed.
