Blue Hill
Artisanal, locavore rations in West Village

An innovative farm-to-table restaurant in the trendy West Village, Blue Hill showcases beautifully prepared, seasonal American dishes. In addition to a regular menu, executive chef and co-owner Dan Barber offers guests a five-course tasting menu inspired by the week’s harvest. Ingredients arrive daily from several nearby farms including Blue Hill Farm and Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture. Blue Hill is hidden three steps below street level, in a landmark speakeasy just off Washington Square Park.
