Within the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo – an expansive private art collection and basis for the contemporary art foundation around which it is built – connoisseurs of a different art form converge for the culinary creations of Spazio7. The restaurant is run by chef Alessandro Mecca, an art lover himself, and boasts a dining-space befitting its enclosure (it was designed by the architect responsible for the gallery itself, Claudio Silvestrin). The menu reads traditional Italian, using Piedmont produce through a contemporary lens.
