What better way to celebrate a 100-year anniversary than with jewellery and fine cognac? To fête its landmark centenary, cognac connoisseur favourite Martell paired with the famed Parisian House of Boucheron to design a one-off special edition bottle for its top-shelf Cordon Bleu spirits. The iconic creation, called The Ultimate Jewel, will be toured around the world to be finally auctioned off in China at the end of the year.

This truly singular, bejewelled bottle of Cordon Bleu is elegantly crafted using fine crystal, diamond, gold and lapis-lazuli. The Martell signature swallow’s eye is fashioned from a diamond, while the lid and seal is made of white gold and crowned with a lapis-lazuli stone. The number 100 on the bottle mirrors the symbol for infinity.

The specially designed box is similarly handcrafted in the signature blue colours of Martell and lined with an ivory veal leather skin interior. Nestled in a hidden compartment at the base of the box is a metal plate marking the centenary.
