Worldwide events for April 2012
There is a distinct change of seasons in the air, but one thing that isn't changing is the number of events happening around the World. This month we see warbirds taking to the skies over Wanaka, charitable competitors running up some (1,334) stairs in Dubai, horses in peak physical condition at the Irish Grand National and a huge BBQ in Austin, Texas, for those with a big hunger this April. Those and our usual raft of film, music and art festivals fit for culture vultures means it is a good month to experience something memorable.
