Jimmy Choo Opens Men's Flagship Store In Mayfair

Jimmy Choo Opens Men's Flagship Store In Mayfair

Shoe shopping isn't just a female affair – and Jimmy Choo agrees, with the opening of its male flagship store in upmarket Mayfair, London. Located on the ever-trendy Dover Street, the Choo men-only store slips right in next to its chic neighbours. The interiors of the Georgian building boast a powerful palette comprising black, charcoals and silver with a side serving of red highlights for some added punch, and the 1,200-sq-m space will be scattered with Jimmy Choo men's shoes and accessories. If in need of a browsing break, the in-store bar on the ground floor is the perfect place – and a more than welcome addition to the already luxurious Choo experience.

"Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer do / I'm half crazy all for the love of you". No doubt this cheerful tune will spring to mind when first laying eyes upon Manolo Blahnik's daisy-adorned shoes – a fitting footwear accompaniment to the onset of spring sunshine. Indeed, shoe lovers may even go "half crazy" at the mere sight of the pretty pair – and we wouldn't blame them.

Ermenegildo Zegna Emerges In Africa and Australia

Ermenegildo Zegna Emerges In Africa and Australia

In recent weeks, two continents have welcomed the arrival Ermenegildo Zegna flagship boutiques with openings in Lagos, Nigeria and Brisbane, Australia. At the Nigerian flagship in Victoria Island, Lagos, the inners of the store were designed by Milan-based architects Studio Beretta, stamping the store with Milanese style while retaining the Ermenegildo Zegna elegance ethos. 155 sq m make for ample browsing space, and the Su Misura made-to-measure service with its dedicated fitting room elevates the shopping experience.

Spanning a slightly larger area of 260 sq m is the Brisbane store, where all the expected luxury services and collections are present in full force – from tailoring to fragrances. The eye-catching element, though, is the green ceramic floor that immediately announces the stylistic signature of architect Peter Marino, the mastermind behind the global stores' creative concept.
